A maintenance and repair background is required.
Looking for an individual with light to medium experience with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Will report to Maintenance manager and Facilities manager.
Duties will include:
assisting the Maintenance Manager with general repairs and maintenance upkeep throughout the community, and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work with other team members and individually on assigned projects.
This is a full time position with available benefits package.
