Our ideal candidate should have at least two (2) years of experience installing and repairing/replacing irrigation, drainage, and low voltage outdoor lighting systems to include some supervision.
Irrigation Technician Responsibilities Create irrigation, drainage, and low voltage lighting take-offs based on site visits and/or blue-print plans Obtain and share information on existing and upcoming projects using a company designated mobile project-management app.
Work closely with project managers and cross-department team leads to encourage consistent communication and smooth workflows Plan, review, and adjust work assignments as necessary to maximize team efficiency Perform regular quality checks throughout the lifecycle of each project to ensure deadlines are met with consistent high-quality results Lead efforts to recruit, train, lead, evaluate, and retain talented crewmembers Practice and encourage safety always, including care and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and equipment Interact with clients, vendors, and employees in a professional manner Demonstrate pride in your work and always uphold the company's best interest Additional tasks as required Irrigation Technician Requirements Valid Driver's License Excellent communication skills Ability to read blue-print plans Comfortable managing team and projects using mobile device Two (2+) years of related irrigation experience to include some supervision Benefits of working at Ridley's Weekly payday Paid time off Sign on bonus (after 30 days) Employee referral bonus (after 30 days) Family oriented close-knit work environment Salary:
