Primary job responsibility will be to oversee the construction of town homes, single family homes and office buildings for sale.
Superintendent will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly coordination of all suppliers and subcontractors associated with the individual units.
You will evaluate the work performed for completeness and correctness and coordinate with the proper people to make all necessary changes and adjustments required prior to closing of the home or building.
You must have reliable transportation that can get you to and from the site daily and be effective in your work throughout the day.
You will interface with customers and as such, must be able to represent the company and its stated goals of delivering a quality home buying and homebuilding experience to the customer.
Multi family and single family construction experience is a plus.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience, 5-10 is preferable.
