The Atwater is an upscale property that provides active residents with exceptional amenities and activities through our Life program.
We build our teams with talented, motivated people who love what they do and love creating an outstanding living environment for our residents.
The responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include:
Contact all prospective leads to schedule tours, answer questions, and provide information about the property and amenities Conduct tours of property, show apartments to prospective clients Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references, assist applicant with application process Ensures units are leased to meet/exceed budget Assist in preparing regular market surveys Makes recommendations to improve marketing/leasing programs Successful candidates possess strong leasing and sales experience, and good organizational ability.
The right candidate must be outgoing and self-starting, skilled at initiating relationships, following up and overcoming objections.
Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential to the position.
Leasing experience in multi-family setting is required, senior living experience is highly preferred.
