We are actively seeking an individual to aid in ensuring customers have a successful experience with our company during the Post-Sale stage of their customer journey Applicants need to be extremely detail oriented and have a project management level of organization.
You must be extremely personable, enjoying talking to people, have a high level of empathy and have the ability to leave a lasting impression.
The Customer Support Manager will be tasked with serving as a liaison between the sales and engineering teams, they will serve as a resource for our customers to assist in answering any questions that arise in regards to their projects and they will ensure a successful experience throughout their project.
In addition, in this role, you will be responsible for handling and de-escalating any customer complaints through providing a solution or alternative.
You must be extremely detail oriented and keep thorough records of all customer interactions and ensure all documentation and paperwork is properly organized for each customer.
