Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team IN OUR JACKSONVILLE-AREA OFFICE (no remote).
As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible to:
Build high end WP websites both form and function.
Run and Maintain WP Engine Server for multiple company sites.
Work with a designer to build custom/template WP sites.
Migrate existing sites to in house server.
Oversee updating, maintaining, and revising existing & future sites.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven work experience as a WordPress Web Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development, customization, and maintenance.
Understanding of PHP and MySQL, with the ability to write custom WordPress plugins and troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience in with API, Zapier experience, and CRM 'Go High Level' Experience with version control systems (e.
g.
, Git) and debugging tools.
Familiarity with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility guidelines.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
