This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of Duxlink High-Risk Care programs, collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery to patients at home, and manage staffing for in-home and telehealth care.

The Clinical Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing Duxlink Health's operations and supporting its growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
Manage and develop the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Analyze operations data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Develop and implement scalable operations processes and systems to support expansion to new locations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including healthcare providers and payers, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements in each new location.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on operational performance and progress toward goals.
Ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of services to patients, in alignment with our mission and values.
Hire appropriate staff for operational poitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare administration, operations management, or related field.
Bilingual preferred 7
years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in managing and scaling business operations.
Experience in developing and implementing scalable processes and systems to support expansion to new locations.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and experience with operations management software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to travel extensively as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events in different locations.
