Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding Residents needs and expectations! Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests Interacting with Residents and guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks timely Assessing Residents' needs and preferences and making recommendations on beverages they may enjoy Shift:
3p-7p part time and Sunday's off 20% commission bonus paid every month ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position.

Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.
Obtains, prepares, and servers drink orders in a friendly and timely manner.
Assures resident/guest is satisfied with their drink and bar experience.
Maintains knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explains to residents or guests.
Maintains assigned bar area, Bistro tables and surrounding area in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance and readiness.
Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Assists with orientation and training of new bartenders.
Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Completes monthly inventory as directed by the Director of Dining Services Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
Performs and completes opening and closing checklist criteria.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Relevant training certificates.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
