We provide online marketing for Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorneys.
Most attorneys struggle to get in front of quality clients.
At Bambiz, our marketing gets them noticed in the community so they stand out from the competition, grow their practices, and have a positive impact on families all over the US.
We're looking for an amazingly tech savvy, organized, detailed person to manage our client's marketing campaigns.
You should be comfortable following processes, streamlining and improving those processes, and designing, building, and optimizing many simultaneous marketing campaigns.
You must have prior experience with marketing technology such as:
Facebook ads, Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, marketing funnels, project management software, and managing multiple campaigns.
Honestly, the job is not all roses and puppy dogs -- there is some good news and there is some bad news.
Let's get the bad news out of the way first:
The pay isn't the best.
Meaning you won't be getting rich from this job alone.
The pay is $18-$20/hour (based on experience), for 20 hours per week (required 4 hours of daytime availability daily M-F).
It can be some extra spending money, for sure.
However, if you are seeking this job to support a household then this is no longer the coolest marketing job ever, it is now the crappiest marketing job ever.
Now let's talk about the good stuff:
You get to work a hybrid schedule from home (or the occasional coffeehouse or hotel as needed).
This position is 50% remote.
This doesn't mean you will be working any less but you get to work in an environment that works for you.
The other 50% of the time you will work with our team at The Link (a really cool office space) in Ponte Vedra.
The work is fun, fresh, and dynamic.
You will be working with our Client Success Manager, Liz.
She's a big 'Noles fan.
(Fair warning - Gators may be heckled) You will experience things, do things, and make decisions on things that no big stuffy company would ever allow you to do.
You will be able to dictate the work that you do and provide suggestions on ways to make your job easier.
We want you to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn't fun?!?).
Our culture is casual, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality.
When you have questions, you will find the answers with a quick Zoom call or Slack message to anyone on our team.
Here is what a typical day will look like:
Review all active Facebook campaigns and provide reporting Check dates in project management system and turn campaigns on/off as needed Build new campaigns in Facebook Business Manager, Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, and Zapier (using our existing campaigns as a template) Build campaign automation workflows including email, voicemail drops, and text messages Basic editing of ad campaign videos and images Use Dropbox to access and save videos and images Check and respond to email (Gmail) Use Slack to communicate with our team Your schedule will be 20 hours per week, (4 hours per day) daily Monday - Friday.
Working hours can be completed between 7 am - 3 pm ET.
